Falcon's premium chassis idler and pitman arms are more durable and longer lasting than typical aftermarket products. The key advantage of our idler and pitman arms is that the bodies are forged rather than cast. The drawbacks of cast idler and pitman arms are porosity and low impact resistance as a consequence of hard to control microstructure. Forgings provide greater impact strength, stress strength and better fatigue resistance.
